The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The staff were all lovely. I appreciated the pool having towels available. The pool was a little chilly but overall fine. I liked having a hot tub to lounge in. The location was convenient. I liked that it is located near the main strip but not on it so it wasn’t bright or noisy at night.

It’s very clean, which is my primary priority. It’s also located in a very good spot. Access to the routes that go around the main Hwy 76 traffic is very easy.

I liked the breakfast really well. The location was close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had many options and it was fantastic. They had 2 pools both indoors and a arcade. That ny kids liked. Wife and I enjoyed the hot tub

my check in Lady was Heather.... OMG i hope I have her name right... she was awesome, it was too cute .. she was getting ready to get off and her 2 little babies were there to pick mommy up from work... with dad, it took me so long to decide what room would be big enough for my family and I to stay in... in which made her babies have to wait for her to get off work ...longer, but heather kept a smile on her face and got us together!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the large and tasty buffet breakfast. The beds felt new and were very comfortable. I liked that there were two pools and hottubs since it is a pretty large hotel.

Liked location. Elevator went out and we were on 2nd floor. My husband had a stroke 8 months ago and it is difficult for him to do stairs. Breakfast was good. Hallways were hot and room air con not working great. I cleaned the filters, but it didn't help. Check-in staff was not pleasant at all. Basically, it was "sign here". I had to go get towels and washcloths the second day and they had no washcloths. One staff member had answered a call about linens and he told them same thing. When he got off the call he was making fun of the caller. Maybe I should lower my rating.

The location is perfect…easy to quickly get to places. And, the breakfast was fantastic and delicious! Hats off to this place for also serving breakfast to their staff. Breakfast staff was very nice, also. And, loved that they keep the pool and hot tub area open until midnight. This is nice for guests from out-of-town who are enjoying outside events until late, but would still like to return to enjoy the pool facilities. Also, love that it’s a smoke-free hotel.
